After using PC all my life, my new sugar daddy just bought me a brand new MacBook Pro. Hurray!
I was planning on getting myself i-mac for the new home but found it hard to decide… After 4 days with the Mac I think I’m in love…
I have a problem with Apple. I find it condescending, aloof and arrogant. But then, not every company has to be nice as innocent… and truth is that macs are sooooo much cooler, and when you use an Apple product, it is obvious that they wanted to make sure you enjoy using it. (I’ll have to find out for myself if they are also safer and better as all Mac addicts argue so vehemently).
But there’s another thing for me. It actually tickles some dormant creative nerves and makes you want to explore some things you never thought were your territory, and that in itself worth the earth.
So while I was never a gadgets kind of person, I cannot stop stroking this beautiful toy or playing with that silly photo booth…

Hey - I just made the switch as well. Three weeks of feeling a bit off kilter has given way to true love. I’m loving my new MacBook and as a reformed ThinkPad addict - I’m practically evangelical. Happy New Year.
