one of the great and at the same time most frustrating things in working in digital is that every once in a while you come across some brilliant idea that is completely ‘grassroots’ (or user generated as they say in webland), an idea that brands, in this age of experience and participative marketing, would die to come up with.
the beauty and challenge of this is coming up with engaging ideas for people who can have all the fun without the help of anyone.
