This is the 200th post on this blog. yeay! So far it’s been a fantastic experience for me. I learned so much through reading and writing and being part of the sphere/conversation.
It’s been great to the point that I intend to call my future children: stuff, nice, blog and interesting.
For this special occasion I got guy gerber for you. guy is an amazing producer and dj whose getting on top of his game as one of the hottest producers in the techno scene today. Take a look at his world tour and if you happen to be around I cannot recommend it enough. His live set is absolutely f**kin’ mind blowing - it’s unlike anything you’ve heard before.
His album - Late Bloomers - is a brilliant showcase of amazing melodies and sounds of house and techno and as one reviewer wrote, “he can do minimal house (“Seagull”), space disco (“Unfulfilled”), acid-tinged (“Are U Naked?”), Knife-style techno (“The State of Change”), and downtempo (“Persona Non Grata”) all without discernible effort. What makes him different is that nearly all of it sounds pretty damn good”.
Check out his re:shuffle releases with Niv Hadas - it’s pure gold.
