I'm selling a friends house acting as neutral go between for the separating owners, and the estate agent that looked most buttoned down when reviewing a bunch of them suddenly couldn't care less as soon as I signed the paper. I knew I'd made a mistake but thought I'd give the benefit of doubt. Later when I severed the relationship I received an email that informed me I would be held responsible for the comission and fees. I replied that I'd happily see him in court and suggested he bring a leg to stand on because I'd logged each failure of service. I sometimes wonder if I should have blogged about it. One google search and that post would have gone to the top to any search for the estate agent's name. Anyway. Better to see the good side being used here Asi!
