I just found (via) this lovely interactive piece called We Are Multicolored where you can create your very own unique flag by mash-uping symbols and designs from three different countries - the one you are from, the one that affected you and the one you’ve dreamed going to.
I guess that being a designer is not my calling but nevertheless here is my flag:
It could have been perfect if there was more choice for users to mix & match more flags based on whatever influences, memories, affect, dreams, affiliations they have with different countries but it’s still a lovely exercise.
And your unique flag joins hundreds of others to the superflag wall.
It feels so imagine.

I googled you after reading about your research in the Times Higher - I see it’s on the blog so I will take a look. Must be nice to be called a ‘bright young thinker’ and congratulations on the prize!
And you have a really nice blog - I already had to make myself a flag which I’ll post on my own blog shortly.
I’m half Palestinian and teach occupational therapy, hence my interest.
