		<description>interesting, we both interpret point 3 in very different ways - I take it to mean that in some projects all you need to is provide a bit of creative inspiration then step back, and in others you need to be a full on business analyst + research mgr + goal setter + write a killer brief + tweak executions etc etc

the trick is knowing when to do everything and when to step away so that you&#039;re not meddling.

I guess for me, that&#039;s the uniquely fine line that planners walk - between helping and meddling...</description>
