This rant has earned me few haterz in the industry and an invite to speak in a panel at the monitoring social media conference. Whether client or agency side, PR, market research or marketing if listening and monitoring ‘the conversations’ is something you should know about I highly recommend you to come along.
There is a very impressive line up of speakers including some of the key people in an industry that is in such state of flux it is really difficult to navigate in the noise. I’m coming to the conference with a lot of criticism of an industry that is making huge promises yet still delivers far from perfect solutions.
